What steps should I follow to rent a car?

We will ask you your personal details (you can preview these details in “What are the requirements?” area if you book the car online. We will send you a voucher to verify the options of your car choise, date, price, etc. The confirmation is sent once the availability is confirmed. The availability will be instantaneously when bookins are made by phone.
Do not worry about anything else because we will be waiting for you at the airport.
What are the requirements?
Minimum age
23 years old required to rent a Standard car, 25 to rent a full-size and 27 to rent a luxury car.
Driver licence
It is required to have a year old driver licence if you want to rent a standard car. 2 years old to rent a full-size car and 5 years old to rent a luxury car.
Documents needed
Passport or Identity card is required before car collection as well as driver licence and Credit card. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Flight number
We ask you about your flight number to rent a car. The reason of this is that our team will be on time at the airport even if the flight is delayed. Do not worry if the flight is canceled becouse we will be checking the flights.
Payments
Visa, Mastercard and Cash in Euros. (Remember any way you will need a credit card when colecting the car)

When can I collect my car? At what time?
We will give you your car at the airport, our car delivery service team works 24 hours at day. You can request your vehicle at any other area, just consult us when booking the car. To give you a car in other geographical area it will have an addicional cost if it is out of office time.
Where can I give you the car back? At what time?
You can bring the vehicle back to our office and we will take you to the airport without any additional cost. Contact with us in case that you want to change the location.
What can I do if the flight is delayed?
Do not worry about it, our professional team checks the airport flights, delays, canceled flights, etc.
Can I use GPS in the vehicles?
Yes, you can enjoy a GPS car system for a small addictional cost. Contact us if you would like to add this service.
Do you have car security measures for my baby and my kids?
Yes, we think about the security and comfort of our clients and this is the reason why we have safety chairs for babies and kids. Please check the disponibility and prices when booking the car.
Do I need credit card?
A credit card is not needed when booking the car, however you will need it when collecting and paying for it.
When should I pay?
You must pay when collecting the car.
Do I have to fill the petrol tank before giving you the car back?
We give you the vehicle at 50% of the full petrol tank that will be add to your account and you can bring it back as full as you want.
What should I do if I have a problem with the car?
If you have car damage, a crash or any other problem like a car theft, you will be able to use our 24 hour car assistance. Call us at 34 952 176 030 and we will help you. If there are injured persons, please call to the Emergency department at 061 and the Police office at 091 if it would be necesary.
