TIME(approx.): 2 hours.
The way makes its way along El Rio Genial river. Leave Palenciana northwards towards the river near the town. Once by the river, the route makes it way along a steep bank. Along the route there're beautiful sports of forest with ash trees, willows and poplars.
After crossing Las Cañas and El Puente Santo cliffs, we shall arrive at the Pedrizas, where there is an old pit from where a wide view of the region can be obtained. The river reaches a bridge crossed by a way wich we shall take to the right. We will to past the castle of Gomez Arias on our left as we walk towards the hamlet of Tejar.
