INFORMACIÓN DE DATOS DE LLEGADAEn el caso de recoger su vehículo en el aeropuerto, una correcta información de vuelo es vital. Si su vuelo se retrasara, nosotros lo comprobaremos usando su número de vuelo, así su vehículo no será entregado a otro cliente y le estaremos esperando en el aeropuerto. Si usted no está seguro de que el número de vuelo que nos indicó sea correcto, por favor compruébelo y responda a este email con el original. De cualquier modo, si usted tiene que cambiar algún dato de la reserva, no dude en responder a este email y háganoslo saber. Las reservas deben incluir obligatoriamente un número de vuelo correcto. Por favor, revise bien sus datos antes de enviar el formulario, ya que cualquier dato incorrecto anulará la reserva. Igualmente sucede para entregas en la estación de tren de Málaga o el terminal de cruceros del puerto de Málaga.

El empleado LE ASIGNARÁ UN NÚMERO IDENTIFICATIVO PARA ASEGURAR SU TURNO EN EL MINIBÚS Y NUESTRA OFICINA una vez haya llegado con nuestro servicio de minibús gratuito. Una Minibús naranja de Malagacar.com le recogerá para llevarle en un trayecto corto de 7 kilómetros (alrededor de 15 minutos) a nuestras oficinas. Si la recogida del vehículo es en la terminal de cruceros del puerto de Málaga: Tras abandonar el terminal justo a la salida, usted verá a uno de nuestros representantes portando un cartel de Malagacar.com, que se identificará como trabajador de la compañía. Debido a que el tiempo de abandono del crucero no es siempre el mismo se requiere que el cliente nos llame cuando vaya a desembarcar dejándonos un tiempo de 30 minutos.

EL PRECIO DE ALQUILER NO INCLUYEEn caso de accidente o daños en el vehículo, es obligatorio que el cliente rellene un parte de accidente/daños y lo entregue en nuestra oficina. Asimismo, en caso de robo del vehículo, el cliente está obligado a denunciarlo a la Policía y entregar la denuncia en nuestra oficina, así como devolver la llave del vehículo. Por cada tramitación de parte de accidentes o daño que Malagacar.com tenga que realizar, se cobrará la cantidad de 50 € adicionales por la gestión de la tramitación del accidente. Si el seguro determina que la incidencia no ha sido responsabilidad del Cliente, se le devolverá dicha cantidad. Si por el contrario el cliente no informa de la existencia de un siniestro (con o sin culpabilidad) y la compañía de seguro contraria nos informa del mismo la cantidad económica de la gestión de tramitación será de 150 €. Franquicia de daños y robo (solo si elige Tarifa Básica) así como daños a neumáticos, llantas, tapacubos, espejos retrovisores exteriores, lunas, cerraduras, bajos del vehículo. Se puede contratar un seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia para cubrir tales daños y robo por un importe de (en el caso de no contratar el seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia, Malagacar.com cargará o bloqueará la cantidad correspondiente a la franquicia en concepto de depósito, el cual se devolverá a la finalización del contrato si el vehículo ha sido devuelto en las mismas condiciones. Los daños al interior del vehículo no están cubiertos por el seguro. Cualquier desperfecto causado durante el alquiler por mal uso o uso inadecuado será abonado por el cliente. En caso contrario se cobrará hasta el importe marcado en la tabla adjunta según daños):

Precios del servicio de grúa por trayecto (solo si elige Tarifa Básica):
Conductor adicional. El importe por conductor adicional será de 6 € por día y conductor, con un mínimo de 12 € y un máximo de 72 € por conductor y hasta un período de alquiler no superior a 28 días. En el caso de alquileres de 29 días o más, el precio será de 2,50 €/día. Sillitas Maxi-Cosi, sillas de bebé y asientos elevados para niños (*más abajo encuentra información detallada sobre cada asiento según el peso del niño):
* Hasta 9 meses y hasta 10 kg: Maxi-Cosi. De 9 kg hasta 18 kg y de 9 meses hasta 3 años: Silla bebé. De 15 a 36 kg y de 3 a 12 años: Asiento elevador. En caso de contratar cualquiera de los dispositivos de retención infantil disponibles, el cliente se hará responsable de su adecuación, uso y colocación en el vehículo. GPS. El importe de alquiler de sistema GPS de navegación será de 5 € por día, con un mínimo de 15 € y un máximo de 50 € y hasta un período de alquiler no superior a 28 días. En el caso de alquileres de 29 días o más, el precio será de 1,80 €/día. Se requiere un depósito de 100 €. Alquiler de vehículos entre 23:00 y 08:00 h. El alquiler de vehículos en dicho horario lleva un cargo adicional de 35 €. Daños a interior del vehículo, embrague, pérdida de llaves, repostaje de combustible equivocado. En caso de que el vehículo recibiera algún daño, se aplicará una tasa por gestión de daños de 50 €, excepto que se haya contratado el seguro a todo riesgo o la tarifa Full Pack. Si el vehículo recibe una multa durante el período de alquiler el responsable será el arrendatario o conductor principal. Dicha gestión de multas lleva un gasto de 40 €. No está permitido abandonar España (península) BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO salvo viajar a Portugal o Gibraltar por un importe de 8 €/día, con un mínimo de 24 € y un máximo de 90 € y hasta un período de alquiler no superior a 28 días. En el caso de alquileres de 29 días o más, el precio será de 3 €/día. En el caso de viajar a Portugal y/o Gibraltar sin previo aviso se cobrará el importe correspondiente a la totalidad del período de alquiler. Bajo ningún concepto se puede viajar fuera de la Península Ibérica, pudiendo ser el vehículo inmovilizado de manera inmediata. El vehículo está dotado de un sistema de geolocalización GPS por razones de seguridad y control mecánico del mismo, manifestando el arrendatario conocer y aceptar su instalación y uso del mismo. Los datos así obtenidos serán tratados con los medios, criterios de conservación, comunicación y derechos de acceso, rectificación, portabilidad y supresión de protección de datos cuyo responsable es la entidad arrendadora.

EXTENSIONES DE CONTRATO EN VIGORMalagacar.com ofrece un sistema para gestionar las extensiones de contrato en vigor de manera telemática. Este servicio de extensiones se llevará a cabo exclusivamente a través de su cuenta de cliente. No será posible la extensión de ningún contrato vía telefónica: La prolongación unilateral por parte del Cliente se considerará como un uso no permitido del vehículo a efectos de la responsabilidad del Cliente sobre cualquier daño que presentase el vehículo, teniendo además la misma consideración que la no devolución del vehículo en el plazo acordado.

CURRENT CONTRACT EXTENSIONMalagacar.com offers a system for managing current contract extensions remotely. This extension service will be exclusively carried out through your customer account: Unilateral prolongation by the Customer shall be considered as a non-permitted use of the vehicle for the purposes of the Customer's liability for any damage to the vehicle, and shall be treated in the same way as failure to return the vehicle within the agreed period.

DEVOLUCION DEL VEHICULOLa devolución del vehículo deberá producirse en la sucursal, fecha y hora estipuladas en el Contrato de alquiler. El vehículo será devuelto por el Cliente en las mismas condiciones en las que se le entregó, junto con todos sus documentos, equipamiento auxiliar, neumáticos, herramientas y accesorios. El Cliente no podrá alterar ninguna característica técnica del vehículo, llaves, equipamiento, herramientas y/o accesorios del mismo, ni realizar cualquier modificación de su aspecto exterior y/o interior. Si así lo hiciera, el Cliente deberá correr con todos los gastos necesarios para devolver el coche a su estado original, sin perjuicio de los daños y perjuicios causados a Malagacar.com derivados del reacondicionamiento por el tiempo que el vehículo tuviera que estar inmovilizado, así como cualesquiera otros causados a Malagacar.com. Devolución/entrega tardía del vehículo: En caso de devolución por parte del cliente del vehículo en fecha, hora o lugar distinto al indicado en el contrato, se cobrará el alquiler de un día extra a la tarifa diaria vigente por cada día o porción de día de retraso en la entrega del vehículo. Se concede un periodo de gracia de 120 minutos para la entrega del vehículo desde la hora prevista. Igualmente, se establece una penalización como indemnización de 20 % adicional sobre el precio diario de contrato por cada día de retraso. Si el Cliente devuelve o abandona el vehículo en un lugar diferente al señalado en el Contrato, Malagacar.com podrá exigir además los costes ocasionados por traslados, grúas, peajes, guarda y custodia. En caso de que Malagacar.com se retrasara en la entrega del vehículo más de 120 minutos desde la suscripción del contrato de alquiler, el cliente será indemnizado por un día extra a la tarifa diaria vigente por cada día o porción de día de retraso en la entrega del vehículo. Igualmente, se establece una penalización como indemnización de 35 € por cada día de retraso.

VEHICLE RETURNThe return of the vehicle must take place at the branch, date and time stipulated in the Rental Agreement. The vehicle shall be returned by the Client in the same condition in which it was delivered, together with all its documents, auxiliary equipment, tyres, tools and accessories. The Customer may not alter any technical characteristics of the vehicle, keys, equipment, tools and/or accessories of the vehicle, nor make any modification to the exterior and/or interior appearance of the vehicle. If it does so, the Client must bear all the expenses necessary to return the car to its original state, without prejudice to the damages caused to Malagacar.com derived from the reconditioning for the time that the vehicle had to be immobilised, as well as any other damages caused to Malagacar.com. Late return/delivery of the vehicle: In the event of the customer returning the vehicle at a date, time or place other than that specified in the contract, an extra day's rental will be charged at the current daily rate for each day or portion of a day's delay in the delivery of the vehicle. A grace period of 120 minutes is granted for the delivery of the vehicle from the scheduled time. A penalty of an additional 20% of the daily contract price for each day of delay is also established as compensation. If the Client returns or abandons the vehicle in a place other than that indicated in the Contract, Malagacar.com may also demand the costs incurred for transfers, towing, tolls, storage and custody. In the event that Malagacar.com is delayed in the delivery of the vehicle for more than 120 minutes from the signing of the rental contract, the client will be compensated for an extra day at the current daily rate for each day or portion of a day of delay in the delivery of the vehicle. Sólo se puede usar una tarjeta bancaria por contrato y tiene que ser nominativa. El titular de la tarjeta, que será el mismo que el titular del contrato, se hará responsable del pago de cualquier extra ocasionado por los conductores adicionales del contrato. El pagador será responsable de saber el PIN de su tarjeta bancaria si paga con una tarjeta que incluya esta tecnología. El pagador debe asegurarse de que su tarjeta bancaria dispone de fondos suficientes en el momento de la recogida del vehículo para poder efectuar el cobro del alquiler con todas las opciones contratadas y, además, si procede, bloquear el importe de la preautorización correspondiente al grupo del vehículo alquilado. En el caso de vehículos especiales y alta gama se solicitarán dos tarjetas de crédito como garantía del alquiler. En el momento de la recogida del vehículo y pago del alquiler, la empresa arrendadora efectuará en la tarjeta bancaria del titular del contrato el cobro de los cargos de alquiler a pagar en mostrador.

PAYMENTThe accepted means of payment are Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Maestro and Electron debit cards, Diners Club and Postepay cards are not accepted, nor are prepaid cards or virtual cards. The holder of the credit card used to pay the rent must be the holder of the contract and must be present at the time of payment. Only one bank card can be used per contract and it has to be nominative. The cardholder, who will be the same as the contract holder, will be responsible for the payment of any extras caused by the additional drivers of the contract. The payer will be responsible for knowing the PIN of his bank card if paying with a card that includes this technology. DATOS DE INTERÉSEn el caso que el cliente no llegue a través de un vuelo, tren o cualquier otro medio que pueda demostrar la finalidad turística o tengamos dudas de que realmente no ha llegado de la manera indicado en el momento de la recogida del vehículo será obligatorio el comprobante que confirme su dirección de residencia actual como pueda ser un contrato de alquiler, factura de la luz, gas o agua de menos de 2 meses de antigüedad. Deberá, de igual manera, indicar la dirección completa al lugar donde va a ir con el vehículo de alquiler. Si no se trae alguno de estos documentos que puedan demostrar su residencia, la reserva será nula. A la hora de recoger el vehículo es imprescindible presentar el pasaporte o DNI, carné de conducir y una tarjeta de crédito/débito en vigor. No se garantiza marca, modelo, color o motorización a la hora de reservar su vehículo, sino que trabajamos por categorías. Nuestros vehículos no pueden ser trasladados fuera de la península ibérica. La empresa arrendadora se reserva el derecho a no alquilar el vehículo en caso de dudas fundadas sobre la capacidad financiera del cliente y/o por antecedentes de éste de impagos o incidentes por parte del cliente. Al llegar a nuestra oficina deberá proporcionar algunos datos personales antes de recoger el vehículo reservado. OTHER DETAILS OF INTERESTIn the event that the client does not arrive by flight, train or any other means that can demonstrate the tourist purpose or we have doubts that he/she has not really arrived in the manner indicated at the time of collection of the vehicle, proof confirming his/her current residence address, such as a rental contract, electricity, gas or water bill less than 2 months old, will be required. You must also provide the full address to where you are going with the rental vehicle. If you do not bring any of these documents that can prove your residence, the reservation will be null and void. When picking up the vehicle it is essential to present your passport or ID card, driving licence and a valid credit/debit card. We do not guarantee make, model, colour or engine when booking your vehicle, we work by category. Our vehicles cannot be taken outside the Iberian Peninsula. The rental company reserves the right not to rent the vehicle in case of justified doubts about the financial capacity of the customer and/or in case of a history of non-payment or incidents on the part of the customer. OBJETO DEL CONTRATOEl alquiler de un coche no va necesariamente vinculado a un vehículo concreto sino a un grupo de vehículos similares, en lo que a características técnicas y de habitabilidad se refiere. El Cliente reconoce que recibe el vehículo descrito en el Contrato, limpio y en las condiciones de conservación y funcionamiento, daños, estado del depósito de combustible y equipamiento auxiliar especificados, que de no hacerse referencia se consideraran aptos para su uso.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACTThe rental of a car is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle but to a group of similar vehicles, as far as technical and habitability characteristics are concerned. The Customer acknowledges that he receives the vehicle described in the Contract, clean and in the specified conditions of maintenance and operation, damage, condition of the fuel tank and auxiliary equipment, which if not referred to shall be deemed to be fit for use.

DURACIÓN DEL CONTRATOLa duración del Contrato de alquiler será la que aparece en el anverso del mismo, especificándose fecha y hora de entrega y devolución del vehículo. Día de alquiler se refiere a un periodo de 24 horas desde la hora de comienzo del alquiler, contando en la devolución con un período de cortesía de 120 minutos. La duración máxima del Contrato de alquiler será de 84 días no pudiendo ser nunca superior a la misma. Si el Cliente decidiera finalizar el alquiler antes de la fecha señalada en el Contrato, Malagacar.com se acoge al derecho a no hacer reembolso por la devolución anticipada. Asimismo, en caso de que fuera Malagacar.com la que finalizara de forma unilateral el alquiler con anterioridad a la fecha señalada en el contrato por causa no imputable al arrendatario y requiriera formalmente la entrega del vehículo y así se produjera; el cliente tendrá derecho a recibir el doble de las cantidades abonadas correspondientes a los días no disfrutados de uso del vehículo en concepto de indemnización.

DURATION OF THE CONTRACTThe duration of the Rental Agreement shall be as stated on the front of the Rental Agreement, specifying the date and time of delivery and return of the vehicle. Rental day refers to a period of 24 hours from the rental start time, with a courtesy period of 120 minutes for the return of the vehicle. The maximum duration of the rental contract will be 84 days and can never be longer than this. If the Client decides to terminate the rental before the date indicated in the Contract, Malagacar.com reserves the right not to reimburse for the early return. Likewise, in the event that Malagacar.com unilaterally terminates the rental prior to the date indicated in the contract for reasons not attributable to the lessee and formally requires the hirer to return the vehicle, the client will be entitled to receive double the amount paid for the days of non-use of the vehicle as compensation.

UTILIZACIÓN DEL VEHICULOEl Cliente se compromete a conservar el vehículo en buen estado y en particular, sin perjuicio de las obligaciones que puedan figurar en otras cláusulas de este Contrato, a: Utilizar y conducir el vehículo diligentemente, respetando la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial y demás disposiciones que sean aplicables. Cualquier negligencia por no respetar las normas implicará que no será de aplicación las coberturas de seguros que tenga contratados en cuanto a daños propios del vehículo arrendado. Sin limitar la generalidad de lo previsto en el párrafo precedente, se obliga a no conducir el vehículo bajo la influencia de bebidas alcohólicas, estupefacientes, psicotrópicos, estimulantes o sustancias análogas ni en estados de disminución de su capacidad de conducción, tales como fatiga o enfermedad, ni permitir la conducción del vehículo a quien se encuentre en tales circunstancias. No utilizar el vehículo con fines ilegales. No permitir la conducción del vehículo por cualquier persona que no fuera el propio cliente o los conductores adicionales que se especifican en el anverso del Contrato. No llevar más pasajeros que los especificados por el fabricante del vehículo o permitidos por las leyes, ni transportar animales. No utilizar el vehículo para mover, empujar o remolcar otros vehículos, remolques u objetos. No circular por caminos u otros lugares que, por el deficiente estado en que se encuentren, puedan causar desperfectos en el vehículo. No participar con el vehículo en competiciones, concursos, entrenamientos o pruebas de resistencia de materiales, accesorios o productos para automóviles. No utilizar en el vehículo gasolina o carburante de calidad o características distintas a las que corresponda de conformidad con lo indicado por el fabricante de cada tipo de vehículo. Tener el vehículo adecuadamente estacionado y cerrado cuando no lo utilice. No utilizar el vehículo para cargar ni transportar mercancías de ningún tipo, ni a montar sin autorización una baca sobre el techo ni mucho menos carga de ningún tipo sobre el mismo. No manipular en forma alguna el cuentakilómetros del vehículo. No utilizar el vehículo para transporte público de pasajeros, ni para impartir cursos de conducción, ni para servicios de mensajería o reparto de mercancías, ni dedicarlo a actividades comerciales o industriales, ni a cualquier tipo de actividad que implique subarriendo del vehículo. No trasladar el vehículo fuera de la Península Ibérica a menos que se haya obtenido previamente autorización escrita por parte de Malagacar.com. El Cliente debe estar en posesión de un permiso de conducir vigente y homologado en España y con la antigüedad mínima en el apartado “EDAD DE LOS CONDUCTORES”, siendo el Cliente responsable directo de estos hechos manteniendo a Malagacar.com indemne bajo cualquier concepto. El uso indebido del vehículo hará responsable directo al Cliente de cualquier daño producido en el vehículo o a terceros. Cualquier caso que incumpla lo establecido en este Contrato se entenderá como un uso indebido en cuyo caso el Cliente responderá de todos los daños causados al vehículo, así como demás daños y perjuicios causados a Malagacar.com.

USE OF THE VEHICLEThe Customer undertakes to keep the vehicle in good condition and in particular, without prejudice to the obligations that may appear in other clauses of this Contract, to: To use and drive the vehicle diligently, respecting the Law on Traffic, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Road Safety and other applicable provisions. Any negligence for not respecting the rules will mean that the insurance coverage contracted for damages to the rented vehicle will not be applicable. Without limiting the generality of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, he undertakes not to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar substances or in a state of reduced driving ability, such as fatigue or illness, nor to allow anyone in such circumstances to drive the vehicle. Not to use the vehicle for illegal purposes. Not to allow the vehicle to be driven by any person other than the customer himself or the additional drivers specified on the front of the Contract. Not carry more passengers than specified by the vehicle manufacturer or permitted by law, or transport animals. Not use the vehicle to move, push or tow other vehicles, trailers or objects. Not to drive on roads or other places which, due to their poor condition, may cause damage to the vehicle. Not to participate with the vehicle in competitions, contests, training or endurance tests of materials, accessories or products for automobiles. Do not use petrol or fuel of a quality or characteristics other than those indicated by the manufacturer of each type of vehicle. Keep the vehicle properly parked and locked when not in use. Not to use the vehicle to load or transport goods of any kind, nor to mount a roof rack or load of any kind on the roof without authorisation. Not to tamper with the vehicle's odometer in any way. Not to use the vehicle for public passenger transport, driving courses, courier services, delivery of goods, commercial or industrial activities, or any other activity involving subletting of the vehicle. Not to move the vehicle outside the Iberian Peninsula unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from Malagacar.com. The Client must be in possession of a valid and approved driving license in Spain and with the minimum age in the section ‘AGE OF DRIVERS’, being the Client directly responsible for these facts, holding Malagacar.com harmless under any circumstances. The improper use of the vehicle will make the Client directly responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or to third parties. Any case that breaches the provisions of this contract will be understood as an improper use in which case the Client will be liable for all damages caused to the vehicle, as well as other damages caused to Malagacar.com.

SEGUROSEl Cliente y cualquier conductor autorizado participan como asegurados en una Póliza de Seguro de Automóviles, una copia de la cual figura a su disposición en la oficina de Malagacar.com en que se contrata el alquiler del vehículo. Esta póliza incluye la Responsabilidad Civil por daños a terceros derivados del uso y circulación del vehículo. También quedarán cubiertos los daños propios al vehículo en caso de colisión, robo, incendio fortuito o actos vandálicos siempre y cuando se cumplan las siguientes condiciones:
El seguro cubrirá los daños a ruedas, cristales, bajos del vehículo, batería y servicio de grúa. Estas coberturas y garantías sólo serán válidas si el Cliente cumple con las condiciones establecidas anteriormente para los daños propios al vehículo. El Cliente se compromete a informar inmediatamente a la empresa arrendadora de cualquier siniestro que se produzca o daño provocado al vehículo alquilado y a transmitirle inmediatamente cuantas cartas, citaciones o notificaciones que a dicho siniestro se refieran y a prestar completa colaboración a la empresa arrendadora y a la compañía aseguradora en la investigación y defensa de cualquier reclamación y proceso. Será obligatoria la presentación, con una carencia máxima desde el suceso de 24 horas, del parte de accidente o daños debidamente confeccionado por parte del Cliente. En particular, de producirse un accidente, el Cliente tomará las siguientes medidas:
En caso de incendio, acto vandálico, robo o desaparición del vehículo, el Cliente se compromete a notificar el hecho de inmediato a la empresa arrendadora, y presentar la correspondiente denuncia ante la policía.

INSURANCEThe Client and any authorised driver participate as insured parties in an Automobile Insurance Policy, a copy of which is available at the Malagacar.com office where the vehicle rental is contracted. This policy includes Civil Liability for damages to third parties derived from the use and circulation of the vehicle. Damage to the vehicle itself in the event of collision, theft, accidental fire or vandalism will also be covered provided that the following conditions are met:
The insurance shall cover damage to wheels, windows, underbody, battery and towing service. These coverages and guarantees shall only be valid if the Client complies with the conditions set out above for damage to the vehicle itself. The Customer undertakes to immediately inform the leasing company of any loss or damage caused to the rented vehicle and to immediately forward to the leasing company any letters, summons or notifications relating to such loss and to provide full cooperation to the leasing company and the insurance company in the investigation and defence of any claims and proceedings. It shall be compulsory for the Client to submit, within 24 hours of the event, a duly drawn up accident or damage report. In particular, in the event of an accident, the Client shall take the following measures:
In the event of fire, vandalism, theft or disappearance of the vehicle, the Customer undertakes to notify the rental company immediately and to file a report with the police.

SILLAS Y ELEVADORES HOMOLOGADOS PARA NIÑOSEl Cliente deberá comunicar a la empresa arrendadora la necesidad de utilización de algún dispositivo de retención obligatorio homologado para niños menores de tres años o mayores que no superen la altura de 150 centímetros, previo pago de la tarifa de alquiler correspondiente, y sin anclar en el vehículo. El Cliente es en todo caso responsable de la instalación del dispositivo. En cualquier caso, la empresa arrendadora quedará libre de toda posible responsabilidad derivada de daños personales o materiales que se produzcan como consecuencia del incumplimiento por el Cliente de la obligación de utilizar el dispositivo de retención obligatorio, o de su instalación, o uso incorrecto por el Cliente y de cualquier posible defecto de fabricación del mencionado dispositivo.

APPROVED CHILD SEATS AND BOOSTERSThe Client must inform the rental company of the need to use a mandatory restraint device approved for children under three years of age or older children under 150 centimetres in height, upon payment of the corresponding rental fee, and without anchoring it in the vehicle. The Customer is in any case responsible for the installation of the device. In any case, the leasing company shall be released from any possible liability arising from personal injury or material damage resulting from the Customer's failure to use the mandatory restraint device, or its installation, or incorrect use by the Customer and from any possible manufacturing defect of the aforementioned device.

LEGISLACIÓNEl presente contrato se regirá y será interpretado de acuerdo con las leyes españolas. La empresa arrendadora declara su intención de resolver cualquier diferencia de forma amistosa. Si esto no fuera posible, cualquier divergencia que surgiera entre la empresa arrendadora y el Cliente será sometida al fuero del lugar donde se haya iniciado el alquiler. LEGISLATIONThis contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. The rental company declares its intention to resolve any differences amicably. If this is not possible, any dispute arising between the rental company and the Client shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the place where the rental has commenced.
